A&B) If you picked mostly A and B answers, you are a model pet owner. It is excellent that you recognise the needs of your cat and that will be a major factor in the strength and enjoyment of your relationship together. Your home is well set up for his/her sleeping, eating, playing and toileting and he/she must feel well looked after at home. For more ideas on what you can do to accommodate your cat in your home, go to the PFMA website to see the Cat’s Ideal Pet Home at pfma.org.uk.
C) You clearly love your cat, but by making him a few simple changes he/she could be a much happier and more relaxed pet. Take a look at your home environment and see if there are ways you can better accommodate their needs.
D) Is your cat occasionally grumpy? This is probably because there is more you can do to look after their needs in the home. Try to find some places for your cat to hideaway when he/she feels scared, or put bedding on a high, reinforced shelf. Also, try spending more time playing with and grooming your cat. With these small changes, you may soon see a positive change in his/her behaviour.
